Fitness Classes

The Sports Backers Fitness Warriors program is all about turning passion for fitness into action! Local residents with talent and energy have been trained as top-notch fitness instructors, bringing movement and motivation to our community that needs it most. The Fitness Warriors lead free weekly fitness classes.

Walk with Ease

Walk With Ease is a walking program designed to help you manage arthritis pain and improve your overall health. It provides a structured approach to walking, including guidance on proper techniques, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Participating can boost physical activity, reduce pain, and improve your quality of life.

Tai Chi for Fall Prevention

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines slow, deliberate movements with deep breathing and meditation. Our Tai Chi classes help improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. This low-impact exercise suits all ages and fitness levels and can enhance physical and mental well-being.
